Private sessions provide the personalized instruction necessary to cultivate a deeper awareness of your body. Traditionally yoga was only taught one on one to ensure that the practitioner was given the tools needed to build their practice to their highest potential.

 

Edna uses a combination of props, Proprioceptive Neuromuscular Facilitation (PNF) and Thai Massage to allow your body to release strain and stress. Therefore allowing your mind to focus on the precision of your movements and tap into power of your breath.
